The specially designed Sterling Series Standing Calf builds strength in gastrocnemius muscles. The user stands on tiptoe to drive the rise of the shoulder pad. Train calf muscles in a safe and effective way. The Sterling Series Robust Standing Calf Raise, effective and aesthetically appealing, this professional plate loaded line is designed to reproduce the feeling of using free weights. The application of advanced biomechanics ensures that our equipment follows the body’s physiological movement.
