Have you tried HIIT yet? It stands for high intensity interval training. It’s a great way to see fast results if you’re trying to shed those extra pounds from Christmas.
Just like it says on the tin, high intensity interval training is where you do short bursts of intense exercise, stop for a short time, and then start again. As an example, that could be doing 30 seconds of sprinting on an inclined treadmill and having 30 seconds of rest. Rinse and repeat.
