The Fitness Suite at Our Lady’s College in Blackburn is the first vocational college in the country. Opened in September 2009, their state of the art fitness suite features each type of Cardio Vascular equipment such as Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Bikes and Steppers. Coupled with a range of Resistance Equipment which allows all exercises to be performed. Examples of these
machines include the Gym Gear Dual Adjustable Pulley machine and Smith Machine complete with ‘Super Safe’ Support Catches for safe useage.
The facility was opened by local football star David Dunn who is the Captain of Blackburn Rovers F.C. in the Premier League.
