A1 Fitness is a relatively new Gym based in Chorley. Opening it's doors in February 2010, owner and experienced fitness instructor Angela has created an environment that caters for both men and women. There is a large well equipped studio where Angela runs a wide veriety of classes, which have had instant popularity. Adjacent to the studio is the gym which has a good variety of cardio vascualr and strength equipment. The Gym Gear Cardio range was chosen for it's durability and simplicity. Alongside the Cardio is a mix of the plate loading Sterling Series Strength, and Gym Gear Elite Series Strength.
